Refund Policy

A credit card is required because the product performs real website analysis and AI visibility checks immediately. The refund policy keeps the first purchase low-risk.
7-day full refund
If AI Answer Watch is not useful for your business, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund the initial subscription charge for that plan.
How to request a refund
Email support@aianswerwatch.com from the account email used to subscribe. Include the Stripe receipt email, selected plan, and a short note that you want to use the 7-day refund policy.
What is eligible
The first payment for a new subscription is eligible during the 7-day refund window. Plan upgrades, renewals after the initial refund window, and usage after cancellation are not automatically eligible unless required by law.
Processing
Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe. Bank and card processing timelines are controlled by Stripe and your financial institution.
Abuse prevention
We may deny refund requests connected to abuse, fraud, unauthorized crawling, chargeback abuse, or attempts to repeatedly create new accounts for refunded usage.
