These terms govern access to AI Answer Watch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for websites you are authorized to monitor.
Service
AI Answer Watch provides AI visibility monitoring, website analysis, prompt recommendations, competitor tracking, citation tracking, and directional reporting for public business websites.
Service accuracy
AI visibility reports are recurring business intelligence snapshots. Results can change across providers, prompts, timing, geography, and account context, so reports should be used for trend analysis and prioritization rather than guaranteed search positions.
Acceptable use
You may only submit websites and content you are authorized to analyze. Do not use the service to crawl private, restricted, login-protected, illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
Billing
A credit card is required to start a paid plan. Plans renew monthly unless canceled. Stripe processes payment details. Feature limits are based on the selected plan and may be enforced to protect service reliability.
Refunds
Each paid plan includes a full refund within 7 days of the first purchase under the refund policy. After the refund window, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the websites, prompts, competitors, and business information you submit. You grant AI Answer Watch permission to process that information to provide and improve the service.
Availability
The service depends on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, search providers, Supabase, Stripe, and hosting platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or unchanged third-party output.
Limitation
To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Answer Watch is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, or decisions made from directional visibility signals.
